Energy is everything

Welcome back! Rachael here! February took Yeu to San Diego and Riyadh, where we shared our vision with leaders in sports nutrition and longevity science. It’s been an exciting start to 2025. Our message is resonating with people of all ages across the globe. The momentum is real, and we’re only getting started.

A year ago, we launched the Yeu community with a simple idea: energy is everything. And over the past year, it’s been incredible to see this community grow. We’ve connected with real people (people like you!) who want to age well, stay strong, and truly live life to the fullest, no matter how many candles are on the cake. Thank you for being here!

One thing has become clear: the desire to stay vibrant, strong, and full of life is universal. This month, we’re sharing stories, insights, and breakthroughs that push the boundaries of what’s possible for lifelong energy and health. Let’s dive in.

Creatine OG

Three decades ago, our co-founder Steve had an experience that shaped his view on health and longevity, but he’s never shared it publicly. That changed last week when he travelled to San Diego to speak at the Sports & Active Nutrition Summit and finally revealed the story. Now, he’s sharing it on his Instagram for the first time.

Recovery after injury

When Yeu’s Brian broke his wrist skiing, recovery was tough but it taught him resilience. Now, he’s sharing key lessons on mindset, movement, and nutrition to help you bounce back stronger from any setback.

Longevity science is advancing fast, and we’re keeping up. In February, Yeu advisor Derek attended the Global Healthspan Summit in Riyadh, where experts explored the future of healthy ageing. In his latest blog, he unpacks key insights from breakthrough biomarkers to Hevolution’s impact on global health.

The energy theory

This deep dive into how our bodies maintain energy metabolism over time explains why cellular energy is key to longevity. If you want to age well, keeping your energy levels high isn't just about feeling good, it’s about staying alive longer.

Creatine > depression

This isn’t just for athletes. New research suggests creatine may help with depression by improving brain energy metabolism. Could a supplement known for muscle power also be a game-changer for mental health?

Focus on fitness

We’ve been told to watch our weight, but what if staying strong is the real key to living longer? A new study found that even people with a healthy weight had a higher risk of early death if they were unfit. The takeaway? Move more, stay strong, and live longer.

Music for memories

What if your favourite playlist could reshape your memories? New research shows that the music you listen to doesn’t just influence mood… it can actually change how accurately you recall emotional events. This is a reminder that the right soundtrack might be more powerful than we think.

Hope you enjoyed! Let us know what sparks your curiosity, we love hearing from you!
