Jenerise was built on precision. Precision in our ingredients, our science, and how we talk about both. That same standard applies to how we use artificial intelligence.
We use AI in a small number of specific places. We don't use it everywhere we could. Here's exactly where the line sits.
Where we use AI
Blog content optimisation: Our blog exists to educate about the science of creatine, how to use it, and what the research actually says. The ideas, the accuracy, and the voice behind every post are human. We use AI tools to help optimise content for search and structuring posts so the right people can find them. The knowledge is ours. AI helps more of the world reach it.
Campaign imagery: Some of the visual assets you'll see in our campaigns and marketing materials are AI-generated. These are conceptual, creative, and clearly in the territory of design, not product representation. These images are often abstract and do not depict our ingredient.
Where we don't use AI
Product photography: Every image of Cr.01β’ is real. Shot by real people, in real conditions. We will never use AI to generate or alter product images. What you see is what you get.
People: We don't use AI to generate images of people; not models, not faces, not bodies. Our human imagery is human.
Our science and education: The creatine research we reference, the claims we make, the content we put our name to, none of it is AI-generated. Our scientific content is written and reviewed by people who know this field deeply.
Our website: Built by people.
How we use AI internally
Behind the scenes, we use AI tools to work smarter as a growing business across planning, communications, research, and operations. This isn't something we hide. It's how a small, ambitious team punches above its weight without compromising on quality.
Why we're telling you this
Because you deserve to know. AI is moving fast, and the temptation to use it everywhere is real. We're not making a virtue of restraint for its own sake; we're making deliberate choices about what precision means for a company like ours.
Where AI helps us reach more people with better information, we'll use it. Where it would compromise the integrity of what we're showing you, we won't.
That's the standard. It's the same one we hold our ingredients to.
