Modern Slavery Statement.

Last Updated: June 26th 2026

1. Introduction and Commitment

Jenerise Ltd is committed to the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct in all our business activities. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking within our own operations and our global supply chain.

We recognise that as an agent facilitating international trade, specifically within the chemical and food ingredient sectors, we have a responsibility to be vigilant. This statement sets out the steps Jenerise Ltd takes to ensure that no form of modern slavery or human trafficking exists in any part of our business.

2. Our Business and Supply Chain

Jenerise Ltd is a UK-based legal entity specialising in the sourcing and trade facilitation of Creatine Monohydrate. Our primary manufacturing partner is located in Shanghai, China.

We are fundamentally a B2B company supplying creatine to our global territory distribution network. We recognise that our greatest risk of modern slavery sits within our upstream supply chain. To mitigate this, we maintain a high-oversight model that moves beyond traditional administrative checks.

3. Due Diligence and Risk Management

To manage the risks inherent in international sourcing, Jenerise Ltd employs several Due Diligence layers:

  • Third-Party Auditing: Our manufacturing partner is subject to an annual independent audit. These audits include a review of labour practices, site safety, and hygiene to ensure they align with international standards (FSSC 22000, ISO 9001 and food safety principles).

  • Lot-by-Lot Verification: Every batch of product we facilitate undergoes independent lot-by-lot testing by SGS.

  • Technological Traceability: We utilise a cloud-based traceability system with real-time QR code verification. This ensures a transparent Chain of Custody from the point of manufacture to the port of entry, preventing unauthorised subcontracting or product substitution.

  • Supplier Self-Assessment (SAQ): We require our partners to complete detailed food safety and ethical questionnaires to confirm compliance with UK legal and ethical expectations.

4. Ethical Standards

We expect our suppliers and partners to:

  • Prohibit the use of forced, bonded, or involuntary labour.

  • Ensure that all workers are of a legal age and are treated with dignity and respect.

  • Comply with all local wage and working hour laws.

  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment.

5. Training and Awareness

As a team, we ensure that all Jenerise Ltd personnel are trained to recognise the Red Flags of modern slavery in supply chain documentation and communication. We maintain open channels of communication with our distribution partners to ensure any concerns are reported and investigated immediately.

6. Governance

This statement is made voluntarily in the spirit of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It is reviewed annually to reflect our ongoing commitment to ethical trade and the protection of human rights globally.
