Jenerise is committed to protecting our customers from counterfeit and fraudulent products sold under the Jenerise Cr.01™ name. This page explains how our verification process works, what to do if a product you've purchased or scanned isn't listed as official, and how to report suspected fraud.
About Our Official Brand Partner Program
Every brand and product listed on our Official Brand Partner page has been through a formal verification process with Jenerise. This includes signing a Trademark License Agreement, having their packaging reviewed and approved by our team, and placing a confirmed production order. Only products that have completed this full process are listed as official.
What It Means If a Product Isn't Listed
If you've scanned or purchased a product bearing the Jenerise Cr.01™ name and it does not appear on our Official Brand Partner page, this does not automatically mean the product is fraudulent, but it does mean we haven't been able to confirm it. We ask that you don't ignore this. Please contact us directly so we can look into it.
Reporting a Product
If a product isn't listed, or if you believe you've come across a counterfeit or fraudulent product anywhere, in a store, online, or through a marketplace, please report it to us, even if you haven't purchased it yourself. Reporting a product is not an accusation, and you will not be in any trouble for flagging something in good faith. You're helping us protect other customers.

When reporting, please include as much of the following as you can:
Photos of the product and its packaging
Any batch or lot code visible on the product
Where you saw or purchased it, including the retailer name, marketplace, or a direct link
The result you received when scanning, if applicable
How We Handle Reports
Every report submitted to Jenerise Ltd. is reviewed personally by our team. We investigate each case and take appropriate action where fraud or counterfeiting is confirmed. Jenerise has worked proactively against counterfeit activity since day one, and we continue to invest in protecting the integrity of our official brand partners and our customers.
Protecting Yourself From Counterfeit Products
To reduce the risk of purchasing a counterfeit product, we recommend the following:
Only purchase from the official buy-online links listed on each brand's page on our Official Brand Partner site
Scan the product before purchasing where possible
If a product isn't listed as official, contact us before completing a purchase
