The Young Athlete and Creatine: Safety, Science and Smarter Choices

Wednesday 24 June 2026, 5:30 PM BST, Online, Free to attend

Every session is led by independent experts with real credentials in creatine research, sports nutrition, and clinical practice. No influencers. No sponsored content.

Our Commitment

Quarterly live webinars, free to attend. Recordings shared with all registrants within 48 hours. The real conversation, openly accessible.

Our Format

We treat every audience as intelligent adults who deserve the actual evidence, not a simplified, marketable version of it.

Our Standard

Who This is For

Creatine is surrounded by more noise, more myth, and more misinformation than almost any other supplement on the market. Social media moves faster than science. The people who most need accurate information are often left navigating a landscape that is increasingly difficult to trust. We built this programme to change that.

Parents and Caregivers

Your child is asking about creatine. You want to understand what it actually is, what the evidence says, and how to have that conversation with confidence. This is for you.

Coaches and Sport Educators

Young athletes in your care are making supplementation decisions. You need to be equipped to guide them, not from a position of fear, but from one of knowledge.

Healthcare Professionals

GPs, paediatricians, sports medicine clinicians, and dietitians are increasingly being asked about creatine. Our sessions give you the evidence to answer with confidence.

Brands and Businesses

Your team, your partners, or your audience deserves accurate creatine education. We offer bespoke sessions that build knowledge and trust at every level.

Previous Speakers

People who have
spent their careers
getting it right

Our panel brings together some of the most credentialed voices in creatine research, sports nutrition, and supplement safety. These are not generalists. They are the people the rest of the field listens to.

Dan Richardson, MSc, SENr

Academy Nutrition Lead at Leeds United, overseeing health and performance nutrition for players from U9 to U21. Previously Manchester City youth, Sale Sharks, Warrington Wolves, Leicestershire County Cricket, and England Touch. Dan's approach is food-first, evidence-based, and built around making nutrition science actionable for athletes at every level. He has sat with academy players and their parents and had exactly these conversations.

Felipe Ribeiro

A researcher at the University of São Paulo and a trusted educator to hundreds of Brazilian practitioners and medical professionals, Felipe leads Jenerise Creatine Education for the rapidly growing market in Brazil and LATAM. His sessions make complex creatine science accessible and actionable for clinicians and practitioners navigating a market where misinformation travels fast, and good evidence is in short supply.

Isabelle Statovci

Born in Australia and now based in Switzerland, Isabelle brings nearly twenty years of experience in the world of global medicine, including senior roles at some of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world, among them Roche. In pharmaceutical science, every study must be done with extreme precision and care. That standard of scrutiny is exactly what Isabelle applies to the question of how we stay healthy as we age.

David Propst, PA-C

David has spent his career helping people understand how to stay healthy in a world full of confusing advice. Trained at East Carolina University and holding a doctoral degree from the University of Lynchburg, one of the top medical education programmes in the United States, his background spans family medicine and emergency care. He knows exactly what it is like to sit with a patient who is curious about a new trend and needs an honest clinical opinion.
