How We Manage Official Brand Partners.

Last updated: July 22 2026

Jenerise Cr.01™ Word Mark and the Jenerise Cr.01™ Quality Seal are trademarks of Jenerise Ltd or its subsidiaries.

Introduction

The Jenerise Cr.01™ Quality Seal and QR code aren't handed out; they're legally licensed. Every brand you see carrying them has gone through the same process, met the same requirements, and agreed to the same ongoing checks.

This page explains what that process actually involves. If you're a consumer, it's here so you know that "official partner" means something specific. If you're a brand considering Jenerise Cr.01™, it's here so you know exactly what's required before you commit.

1. Initial Partner Qualification

Before any licensing conversation begins, a prospective brand has to meet our core alignment criteria:

  1. Verifiable ingredient sourcing through our approved distributor network.

  2. The intention to show Jenerise Cr.01™ as a named, verifiable ingredient in the formulation, not a generic "creatine monohydrate" listing.

  3. Brands commit to a minimum annual order of Jenerise Cr.01™ (roughly one pallet (540kg) per year) to sustain a license. This isn't about scale for its own sake; it's what keeps the licensing relationship active and accountable rather than a one-off purchase followed by silence.

  4. Jenerise Cr.01™ must be the sole source of creatine in any licensed SKU. No blending with other creatine sources or derivatives.

  5. The formulation must carry a meaningful daily dosage, contain nothing on the WADA Prohibited List or Monitoring Program, and have no association with doping. This is non-negotiable regardless of category or market.

2. Agreement and Compliance Standards

Once a brand qualifies, onboarding is formal:

  • The brand provides legal entity details and an authorised signatory.

  • The authorised contact signs our Trademark License Agreement (TLA), either directly or through a product development partner.

  • Once a year, at most, licensees may be asked to verify evidence of trademark use and submit an Annual Sourcing & Composition Declaration; a formal confirmation that Jenerise Cr.01™ remains the sole creatine source across all licensed SKUs.

In practice: the relationship doesn't end at the signature. We check in on it.

3. Order Placement and Official Assets

With the TLA executed, the partner places their initial Jenerise Cr.01™ production order. Only once that's done does Jenerise release official digital assets: the Jenerise Cr.01™ Quality Seal artwork and the SGS Nutrasource verification QR code files. Brands don't get access to these before the license, and the order is both real.

4. Packaging and Label Review

Every label carrying the Jenerise Cr.01™ Quality Seal goes through mandatory review before it's allowed to print.

Design requirements:

  • The wordmark must appear exactly as Jenerise Cr.01™.

  • The Jenerise Cr.01™ Quality Seal must appear at least once, in its approved layout, proportions, and colours, sized as a minor mark relative to the brand's own product name.

  • Packaging must carry the SGS QR code, linking to the official third-party verification portal. Brands are not permitted to upload their own copies of independent CoAs or lab reports directly for consumers; verification data flows through the official SGS channel only, so it can't be edited, cropped, or selectively presented.

Review process:

  • Artwork is submitted to Jenerise's Brand Compliance team for review.

  • Feedback comes back as a formal Packaging Compliance Feedback Report, assessing wordmark usage, QR placement, Quality Seal placement, and any ingredient claims made on-pack.

  • If a submission is marked "Approved with Changes," the brand makes the required corrections and resubmits for final sign-off. Nothing goes to print without that sign-off.

5. Website Listing and Launch

Once the TLA is signed, packaging is approved, and the production order is placed, the brand completes final onboarding:

  • Fill out the Official Brand Partner Submission Form with contact information, order details, and SKU specifics; category, format, flavours, description.

  • Provide a media folder (Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer) with high-resolution logos, product images, and mockups.

  • Confirm a target go-live date, at which point the brand is formally published in our official partner library at jenerise.com.

Only brands that have completed every step above appear on that list.

6. Ongoing Monitoring and Enforcement

Approval isn't the end of the process; it's the start of an ongoing one.

Beyond the annual audit rights built into the TLA, Jenerise works with third-party monitoring tools that actively scan online marketplaces for unauthorised or fraudulent use of the Jenerise Cr.01™ name, Quality Seal, and QR code. Where a listing is using our Jenerise Cr.01™ name, Quality Seal, or QR code without a current license (or a former partner is still displaying it after their agreement has ended), we act on it.

If something looks off to you (a product carrying our seal that you can't find in our official partner library, or a QR code that doesn't resolve to where it should), tell us. Report fraud.

Closing

None of this is designed to make partnership harder than it needs to be. It's designed so that when you see the Jenerise Cr.01™ seal (on packaging, on this website, anywhere), it's still true.
