Jenerise CEO Steve Jennings Confirmed as Speaker at FBIF 2026, Hangzhou

Jenerise is proud to announce that CEO and Co-Founder Steve Jennings has been confirmed as a keynote speaker at the Food and Beverage Innovation Forum (FBIF) 2026, taking place April 27–29 at Hangzhou International Expo Centre, China.

Now in its 12th edition, FBIF has grown into one of the most influential food industry events in the Asia-Pacific region, drawing participation from thousands of global food and beverage companies each year. FBIF 2026 is expected to welcome over 47,000 attendees, making it one of the largest gatherings of F&B innovation leaders worldwide.

Steve will take to the stage on Day 2 (Tuesday, 28th April) as part of the Functional Food Talks track.

His talk, "95.5% Compound Growth: How Creatine Became a Functional 'Ingredient IP' with Mainstream Consumer Breakout Potential," will examine how creatine has evolved from a niche sports nutrition ingredient into a mainstream consumer phenomenon. Drawing on SPINS data showing total US creatine supplement sales reaching $378 million in 2024 (with a 22% CAGR from 2023–2024), Steve will break down the strategic and cultural forces driving creatine's global rise, and what it means for the future of functional food and beverage innovation.

With over 30 years of experience building and scaling nutrition brands globally, and a founding role in the very first commercial launch of creatine monohydrate at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics, Steve brings a perspective that is both historically unique and commercially sharp. His session will offer industry leaders and brand builders a front-row view of what it takes to transform a functional ingredient into a category-defining platform.
