Jenerise CreatinED Announces Webinar on Creatine and Menopause
Navigating the Menopause Continuum and Creatine Supplementation airs live Wednesday, 23 September 2026, bringing together research, genetics and clinical trial design in Jenerise's fourth CreatinED webinar.
Jenerise Creatine Education today announced its next free public webinar, Navigating the Menopause Continuum and Creatine Supplementation, taking place online on Wednesday, 23 September 2026 at 9:00 AM BST / 6:00 PM AEST.
The session marks the fourth instalment in Jenerise's CreatinED webinar series and its first dedicated entirely to women's health across the menopause transition, from perimenopause through to the years beyond.
The event will bring together three speakers, each addressing the topic from a different angle:
Isabelle Statovci, Accredited Practising Dietitian and Clinical & Exercise Scientist, will present an objective review of the current body of research on creatine and perimenopause.
Theo Wiley, Co-Founder of Myoform, will explore the genetics behind individual variation in creatine response, and address common concerns such as bloating and water retention.
Lauren Dewsbury, Cognitive Neuroscientist and Researcher, will discuss how clinical studies in this space are designed, drawing on her own ongoing research into creatine and cognitive function in postmenopausal women.
The webinar will be hosted by Rachael Jennings, Co-Founder of Jenerise, and will run in two parts: short presentations from each speaker, followed by a live, moderated panel discussion and audience Q&A.
"Creatine's reputation was built in the gym," said Jennings. "This conversation is about asking a different question… what role it might play across one of the most under-studied transitions in women's health, and being honest about where the evidence stands right now."
The event is free to attend, with early registration open now. A recording will be made available to all registrants following the live session.
